Satellites

Did you see me the other night?
Did I catch your eye, your attention
Sliding by on a cloudless night?
Spying down and spinning around
To the naked eye I'm far from a sight to see
Drawing lines on both hemispheres and the stars outshine me

Always analyzing
Sending out our findings
It occurs to me...

We are all satellites with golden wings inhaling the light
Pushed to meet criteria in the long run

Don't you think that I've had my share
That the burden I bear compares to what I receive
If you label me obsolete I'll remain here among
And as a part galactic debris

Always analyzing
Sending out our findings
It occurs to me...

We are all satellites with golden wings inhaling the light
Pushed to meet criteria in the long run

We are all satellites with golden wings inhaling the light
Pushed to meet criteria in the long run

Have I outstayed my welcome here?

But I may linger a little longer
Hang around for no particular purpose or reason
Before you burn me in your atmosphere
Crash me into your sea
Push me out of your orbit...

Know that I will always remember
Know that I won't consider surrender

We are all satellites with golden wings inhaling the light
Pushed to meet criteria in the long run

We are all satellites with golden wings inhaling the light
Pushed to meet criteria in the long run

Have I outstayed my welcome here?

Autumn to May

Oh once I had a little dog, his color it was brown
I taught him for to whistle, to sing and dance and run
His legs they were fourteen yards long, his ears so very wide
Around the world in half a day, upon him I could ride

Sing Tarry-O Day, Sing, Autumn to May

Oh once I had a little frog, he wore a vest of red
He'd lean upon his silver cane, a top hat on his head
He'd speak of far off places, of things to see and do
Of all the Kings and Queens he'd met while sailing in a shoe

Sing Tarry-O Day, Sing, Autumn to May

Oh once I had a flock of sheep, they grazed upon a feather
I'd keep them in a music box from wind or rainy weather
And every day the sun would shine, they'd fly all through the town
To bring me back some golden rings, candy by the pound

Sing Tarry-O Day, Sing, Autumn to May

Oh once I had a downey swan, she was so very frail
She sat upon an oyster shell and hatched me out a snail
The snail had changed into a bird, the bird to butterfly
And he who tells a bigger tale would have to tell a lie

Sing Tarry-O Day, Sing, Autumn to May

Bark at the Moon

Screams break the silence
Waking from the dead of night
Vengeance is boiling
He's returned to kill the light
Then when he's found who he's looking for
Listen in awe and you'll hear him
Bark at the moon

Years spent in torment
Buried in a nameless grave
Now he has risen
Miracles would have to save
Those that the beast is looking for
Listen in awe and you'll hear him
Bark at the moon
Hey, bark at the moon

They cursed and buried him along with shame
And thought his timeless soul had gone
In empty burning hell-unholy one
But now he's returned to prove them wrong
So wrong, yeah baby

Howling in shadows
Living in a lunar spell
He finds his heaven
Spewing from the mouth of hell

And when he finds who he's looking for
Listen in awe and you'll hear him
Bark at the moon
Yeah bark at the moon
Yeah bark at the moon
Bark at the moon

Falling Asleep with Entreaty

Allow me to see you like the sun
Allow me to hear what's inside of me

Keep me on the edge of my grave
Don't allow me to look downwards

Carrying away in myself, the tortures in my bones
Falling asleep with the broken entreaty

Cover me with coverlet of Funeralia
If you are
If you're here...

***

If you are, give me your hand
If you're here, give me your hand

***

Last words
A palm have touched the lips
Farewell...
We fall asleep together

If you are, I pray, take away it from me
If I am, I'll never wake up again

If you are, give me your hand
Please...

As Summer into Autumn slips

As Summer into Autumn slips
And yet we sooner say
'The Summer' than 'the Autumn,' lest
We turn the sun away,

And almost count it an Affront
The presence to concede
Of one however lovely, not
The one that we have loved —

So we evade the charge of Years
On one attempting shy
The Circumvention of the Shaft
Of Life's Declivity.

Autumn In The Park

Where did those summer days go
Now lost amongst the shadows
It seemed as though they'd just begun
Those perfect days spent in the sun
The skies will soon be dark
Now that it's autumn in the park

The seasons keep on turning
Though still our hearts are yearning
Each day we search and hope to find
The summer that we left behind
And yet we know by now
It slipped away from us somehow

Remember when the sun filled our sky
Long lazy days drifted by
A summer of roses and wine

And here sat in the shade of the trees
Cooled by the sweet gentle breeze
Life was so tranquil and fine

But now the leaves are falling
Soon winter will be calling
And as the sunlight starts to fade
Like precious memories we made
Our summer's done I fear
I hope we'll meet again next year

Autumn Sweather

When I heard the knock on the door
I couldn't catch my breath
Is it too late to call this off

We could slip away, wouldn't that be better
Me with nothing to say, and you in your autumn sweater

I tried my best to hide
In a crowded room, it's nearly possible
I wait for you, oh, most patiently

So I looked for your eyes
And the waves looked like they'd pour right out of them
I'll try hard, I'll try always
But it's a waste of time
It's a waste of time if I can't smile easily
Like in the beginning
In the beginning...

Autumn

Autumn

Tree! why hast thou doffed thy mantle of green
For the gorgeous grab of an Indian queen?
With the timbered brown, and the crimson stain,
And the yellow fringe on its broidered train?
And the autumn gale through its branches sighed
Of a long arrear, for the transient pride.

Stream ! why is thy rushing step delayed?
Thy tuneful talk to the pebbles staid?
Hath the Spoiler found thee who wrecks the plains?
Didst thou trifle with him till he chilled thy veins?
But it murmured on with a mournful tone
Till fetters of ice were around it thrown.

Rose! why art thou drooping thy beautiful head?
Hast thou bowed to the frost-king's kiss of dread?
When thou sawest his deeds in the withering vale,
Didst thou, lingering, list to his varnished tale?
And she answered not, but strove to fold
In her bosom the blight of his dalliance bold.

Yet ye still have a voice to the musing heart,
Tree, Stream and Rose, as ye sadly part,
'We are symbols, ye say, of the hasting doom
Of youth, and of health, and of beauty's bloom,
When Disease, with a hectic flush doth glow,
And Time steal on with his trees of snow'

Is this all?-is your painful lesson done?
And they spoke in their bitterness, every one,
'The soul that admits in an evil hour,
The breath of vice to its sacred bower,
Will find its peace with its glory die,
Like the fading hues of an autumn sky.'

Autumn State

The silence grows venomous
As we struggle through each day
Foul season of affliction
Upon us vehemently

This sullen autumn backdrop
Providing proper context
A befitting canvas
For our ever rotting minds

Confined to fighting inner demons
Never seize the day
Cornered and entrapped
Faring through ephemeral joys

Procrastinate and linger
Decrepify our lives
Bound by towering woes
A half existence raging on

Autumn state
No sight of hope beneath the grey dusk
Living life away with no sense of purpose
Autumn state
No sight of hope beneath the grey dusk
Searching for an unseen truth

Forever seeking what we cannot find
Rays of vivid light or chilling breeze
Cursed to never seize the moment
Immersed in thoughts of better days

Watch the hourglass grow empty
While drifting in confusion
Lost in plans of a distant tomorrow
Or grief over shattered yesterdays

Bohemian Rhapsody

Is this the real life?
Is this just fantasy?
Caught in a landslide
No escape from reality
Open your eyes
Look up to the skies and see

I'm just a poor boy
I need no sympathy
Because I'm easy come, easy go
Little high, little low
Any way the wind blows
Doesn't really matter to me
To me

Mama, just killed a man
Put a gun against his head
Pulled my trigger now he's dead
Mama, life had just begun
But now I've gone and thrown it all away

Mama
Didn't mean to make you cry
If I'm not back again this time tomorrow
Carry on, carry on
As if nothing really matters

Too late, my time has come
Sends shivers down my spine
Body's aching all the time
Goodbye, everybody
I've got to go
Got to leave you all behind and face the truth
Mama
I don't wanna die
Sometimes wish I'd never been born at all

I see a little silhouetto of a man
Scaramouche, Scaramouche
Will you do the Fandango?
Thunderbolts and lightning
Very, very frightening me
Galileo, Galileo
Galileo, Galileo
Galileo, figaro
Magnifico
I'm just a poor boy, nobody loves me
He's just a poor boy from a poor family
Spare him his life from this monstrosity
Easy come, easy go, will you let me go
Bismillah!
No, we will not let you go
(Let me go!)
Bismillah!
We will not let you go
(Let me go!)
Bismillah!
We will not let you go
(Let me go!)
Will not let you go
(Let me go!)
Will not let you go
(Let me go!)
No, no, no, no, no, no, no
Oh, mama mia, mama mia
Mama mia, let me go
Beelzebub has a devil put aside for me
For me
For me

So you think you can love me and leave me to die?
So you think you can stop me and spit in my eye?
Ooh, baby
Can't do this to me, baby
Just got to get out
Just got to get right out of here

Nothing really matters
Anyone can see
Nothing really matters
Nothing really matters to me

Any way the wind blows

Autumn leaves

Et le vent du nord les emporte
dans la nuit froide de l'oublie
tu vois je n'ai pas oublié
la chanson que tu me chantais.

The falling leaves
Drift by the window
The autumn leaves
Of red and gold,

I see your lips
The summer kisses
The sunburned hands
I used to hold,

Since you went away
The days grow long
And soon I'll hear
Old winter's song,

But I miss you most of all
My darling
When autumn leaves
Start to fall

Autumn in New York

Autumn in New York
Why does it seem so inviting?
Autumn in New York
It spells the thrill of first-nighting

Glittering crowds and shimmering clouds
In canyons of steel
They're making me feel I'm home

It's autumn in New York
That brings the promise of new love
Autumn in New York
Is often mingled with pain

Dreamers with empty hands
May sigh for exotic lands
Autumn in New York
It's good to live it again

Dreamers with empty hands
May sigh for exotic lands
Autumn in New York
It's good to live it again

AUTUMNALIA NET

Exilat în toamnă
ca un vagabond
aştepţi ca să cadă
îngerul tău blond

Ca un vagabond
eul somnambul
mai face un rond
încă nu-i destul

Eul somnambul
aşteptând să cadă
crede că-i mai cool
exilat în toamnă

Ca un vagabond
vesel trist în fond

Mabon (Autumn Equinox)

O now is the time of the Harvest,
As we draw near to the years end
Now is the time of Mabon
Autumn is the time to descend

Old Woman waits patiently for us
At the threshold of the labyrinth within
She offers her hand that we may understand
The treasures that await at journeys end

O Great Mother has given of Her body,
We give thanks for Her fruit and Her grain
We then clear the fields so that next harvests yields
Will be full and abundant again.

Old Woman leads us through the darkness
Our most ancient and trusted of friends
She carries the light of spiritual insight
And leads us to our wisdom once again

And as we journey through the darkness
And as we continue to descend
We learn to let go of what obscures our soul
And re-discover our true being in the end

Autumn Love

No more lighthouses to deceive me
Just leave me floating on the open ocean
And let the moonlight take me anywhere on a tidal flow
And if I capsize it's alright
'Cause I've been feeling too invincible
I need to know depths deeper than the deepest of connections

This autumn love is not enough

If there's no beacon tonight to guide me
I'll finally break the shackles of direction
And let the headlights lead me anywhere they wanna go
I feel at home now out on a bough
In the lattice of the backbone
Where the highways are holding in the pieces of our broken hearts

This autumn love is not enough

Autumn Tree

Under the autumn tree
The chair where you would swing
A yard so full of leaves
Comfort me
A man that resembles me
Watching his young lady sleep
Now I'm off to dream
Comfort me
Is this my old shape, my mind is away,
How long have you been gone
The cold winter aged the soft of your face
And I cant move on
Market morning sun
Fish from an early hunt
I wait but you're gone
Linger on
Is this my old shape, my mind is away,
How long have you been gone
The cold winter aged the soft of your face
And I cant move on
Linger on
Linger on
I cant move on

Wild Autumn Wind

Across the plains come drifts of sand
From graves of water and tombs of man
The hollow weight of history
Desiccated and blowing free

In the wake, all is dust

The bones of beasts and the bones of kings
Become dust in the wake of the hymn
Mighty kingdoms rise, but they all will fall
No more than a breath on the wind

Spectres and gods adrift in the wild, mournful wind
Vast cycles unfold across the span of æons
Colossal keeps consumed and left as burial mounds
And even stars will fade into empyrean shrouds

In ashen vaults, on parchment scrolls
The echoed verses state soft the toll

In the wake, all is dust

Vast desolation
Silent grave of æons

Revenants watch from cold cosmic towers
Glimmering eyes of jade bear final witness

Temples crumble as the great wheel turns
Ground to dust
Monuments and megaliths unnamed
Fall the same
Earth and sky enrobed in deathless void
Endless night
Worm of Autumn claims its final throne

The bones of beasts and the bones of kings
Become dust in the wake of the hymn
Mighty kingdoms rise, but they all will fall
No more than a breath on the wind

Autumn

Cold cheeks, dry lips
You feel this subtle change
Short weeks, rain drips
We see all the darker days

Somebody take me now
Somebody take me now
Somebody take me now
Somebody take me
Somebody let me know
Somebody let me know
Somebody let me know
Somebody let me see her

I got a whole lot of love for the one so bitter
She got the ice on her tongue till the next two winters
You gotta give me a chill when you make me shiver
I got a whole lot of love for the one so bitter

Trees fall, leaves drop, every year
We see the same
You call, don't stop
I like this season's break

Somebody take me no
Somebody take me no
Somebody take me no
Somebody take me
Somebody let me know
Somebody let me know
Somebody let me know
Somebody let me see her

I got a whole lot of love for the one so bitter
She got the ice on her tongue till the next two winters
You gotta give me a chill when you make me shiver
I got a whole lot of love for the one so bitter

It's so bitter, it's so bitter
So bitter, so bitter
It's so bitter, it's so bitter
So bitter, so bitter

04. Forever Autumn

[Narrator: Richard Burton ('The Journalist')]
For three days I fought my way along roads packed with refugees, the homeless, burdened with boxes and bundles containing their valuables. All that was of value to me was in London. By the time I reached their little red brick house, Carrie and her father were gone...

[Verse 1: Justin Hayward (Sung Thoughts of The Journalist)]
The summer sun is fading as the year grows old
And darker days are drawing near
The winter winds will be much colder
Now you're not here

[Verse 2: Justin Hayward (Sung Thoughts of The Journalist)]
I watch the birds fly south across the autumn sky
And one by one they disappear
I wish that I was flying with them
Now you're not here

[Chorus: Justin Hayward (Sung Thoughts of The Journalist)]
Like the sun through the trees you came to love me
Like a leaf on a breeze you blew away

[Verse 3: Justin Hayward (Sung Thoughts of The Journalist)]
Through autumn's golden gown we used to kick our way
You always loved this time of year
Those fallen leaves lie undisturbed now

[Refrain: Justin Hayward (Sung Thoughts of The Journalist)]
Cause you're not here
Cause you're not here
Cause you're not here

[Narrator: Richard Burton ('The Journalist')]
Fire suddenly leapt from house to house, the population panicked and ran and I was swept along with them, aimless and lost without Carrie. Finally I headed eastward for the ocean, and my only hope of survival: A boat out of England...

[Chorus: Justin Hayward (Sung Thoughts of The Journalist)]
Like the sun through the trees you came to love me
Like a leaf on a breeze you blew away

[Verse 4: Justin Hayward (Sung Thoughts of The Journalist)]
A gentle rain falls softly on my weary eyes
As if to hide a lonely tear
My life will be forever autumn

[Refrain: Justin Hayward (Sung Thoughts of The Journalist)]
Cause you're not here
Cause you're not here
Cause you're not here

[Narrator: Richard Burton ('The Journalist')]
As I hastened through Covent Garden, Blackfriars and Billingsgate, more and more people joined the painful exodus. Sad, weary women, their children stumbling and streaked with tears, their men bitter and angry, the rich rubbing shoulder with beggars and outcasts. Dogs snarled and whined, the horses' bits were covered with foam…... and here and there were wounded soldiers, as helpless as the rest. We saw tripods wading up the Thames, cutting through bridges as though they were paper - Waterloo Bridge, Westminster Bridge…... One appeared above Big Ben

[Martians]
Ulla!

[Narrator: Richard Burton ('The Journalist')]
Never before in the history of the world had such a mass of human beings moved and suffered together. This was no disciplined march, it was a stampede, without order and without a goal, six million people, unarmed and unprovisioned, driving headlong. It was the beginning of the rout of civilization, of the massacre of mankind...

A vast crowd buffeted me toward the already packed steamer. I looked up enviously at those safely on board - straight into the eyes of my beloved Carrie! At sight of me she began to fight her way along the packed deck to the gangplank. At that very moment it was raised, and I caught a last glimpse of her despairing face as the crowd swept me away from her...

[Chorus: Justin Hayward (Sung Thoughts of The Journalist)]
Like the sun through the trees you came to love me
Like a leaf on a breeze you blew away

[Verse 5: Justin Hayward (Sung Thoughts of The Journalist)]
Through autumn's golden gown we used to kick our way
You always loved this time of year
Those fallen leaves lie undisturbed now

[Refrain: Justin Hayward (Sung Thoughts of The Journalist)]
Cause you're not here
Cause you're not here
Cause you're not here

Autumn Breeze

So hard to trust that you can live and be sure
I made a promise that I wonder no more, yeah
I dream myself to all the good things in life
My happiness I won't sacrifice

I made a chance more messin' around
Now I got my feet heppin' on the ground
No longer runnin' with no place to go
Don't tell me that it isn't so

Now the rain has gone
And I'm movin' on
Like a gentle autumn breeze
Now I won't hold on
'Coz it won't be long
'Til I
I'm cruisin' on a autumn breeze

Gotta keep believin' that I'm free
No guys or shackles gonna ever hold me
Look out for myself that's what I'm gonna do
Ain't lookin' for somebody new

I've got my reason why I'm feelin' this way
See people take love and just throw it away
No longer hidin'
This is where I wanna be
I'm flyin' like the wind on the sea (Uuuh oh!)

Now the rain has gone
And I'm movin' on
Like a gentle autumn breeze
Now I won't hold on
'Coz it won't be long
'Til I
I'm cruisin' on a autumn breeze, yeah

Autumn breeze
Autumn breeze (Uuuh oh, autumn breeze)
Autumn breeze
Autumn breeze

Now the rain has gone
And I'm movin' on
Like a gentle autumn breeze
Now I won't hold on
'Coz it won't be long
'Til I
I'm cruisin' on a autumn breeze

Now the rain has gone
And I'm movin' on
Like a gentle autumn breeze (Uuuh oh)
Now I won't hold on
'Coz it won't be long (it won't be long)
'Til I
I'm cruisin' on a autumn breeze

Now the rain has gone
And I'm movin' on
Like a gentle autumn breeze
Now I won't hold on (no no no)
'Coz it won't be long
'Til I
I'm cruisin' on a autumn breeze

Autumn Leaves

The autumn leaves drift by the window
The autumn leaves of red and gold
I see your lips, the summer kisses
The sunburned hand I used to hold

Since you went away the days grow long
And soon I'll hear old winter's song
But I miss you most of all, my darling
When autumn leaves start to fall

I see your lips, the summer kisses
The sunburned hand I used to hold

Since you went away the days grow long
And soon I'll hear old winter's song
But I miss you most of all, my darling
When autumn leaves start to fall

Eternal Darkness (Autumn)

Part I Haunting Darkness

Haunting darkness forming inside of man
Calling to return the blood of the earth
Baleful shadows gathering under the blackened sky
Reversing the evolution of the forbidden birth

Devastation of the hollow universe
Executed by wrath and absolute power
Completion of the perfect chaos
The pure destruction of stars

I am the immortal shadow
The ruler of dark dimensions
Behold my crimson nightmare
I am the creator of sorrow
Tormentor in the restless night
I am the hunter of fear, the bringer of despair
I am death
I am eternal darkness

Part II The Call of the Dark Dream

Unleash the dark dream, the essence of deception
The fantasy of life will blind you like the flaming sun
The clash of the opposite worlds
The cosmic war of the unnatural state has begun

Embrace the suffering and prepare for transcendent attack
Obliterate the memories and smother the past
And face the unknown! And face the unknown!

Hear the call of the final journey
Hear the call!
Hear the call of the dark dream
Calling from across the stars of old
Hear the call!
Hear the call of the dark dream

Part III Beyond the Infinite Universe

Wandering among the stars... Searching...
Beyond the infinite universe...
Tearing down the structures...
But I can only see darkness...

Caressed by the radiant ocean
Soaring high in the waves of sadness
Obsessed by the deepest emotions
Lost in the beautiful silence
Oh the beautiful silence!

Fall!
Falling through the layers of mind
Fall!
As the world is crumbling before my eyes
Falling through the caustic vortex
And my heart is burning by the ultimate lie
The ultimate lie!

Part IV Death

There is no end
There is no beginning
There is no truth
There is only darkness

And I curse you into oblivion!

I curse you for fulfilling your every desire
I curse you for your wild and relentless inner fire
Curse you for your need to breed and multiply
Curse you for your consciousness
The feeble rebellion
The great illusion
The cosmic war

I am the immortal shadow
The ruler of dark dimensions
Behold my crimson nightmare
I am the creator of sorrow
Tormentor in the restless night
I am the hunter of pain, the bringer of rain
I am death
I am eternal darkness

I am eternal
I am death

Thirteen Autumns And A Widow

Spawned wanton like blight on an auspicious night
Her eyes betrayed spells of the moon's eerie light
A disquieting gaze forever ghosting far seas
Bled white and dead, Her true mother was fed
To the ravenous wolves that the elements led
From crag-jagged mountains that seemingly grew in unease

Through the maw of the woods, a black carriage was drawn
Flanked by barbed lightning that hissed of the storm
(Gilded in crests of Carpathian breed)
Bringing slaves to the sodomite for the new-born
On that eve when the Countess' own came deformed
A tragedy crept to the name Bathory

Elizabeth christened, no paler a rose
Grew so dark as this sylph
None more cold in repose
Yet Her beauty spun webs
Round hearts a glance would betroth

She feared the light
So when She fell like a sinner to vice
Under austere, puritanical rule
She sacrificed...
Mandragora like virgins to rats in the wall
But after whipangels licked prisoners, thralled
Never were Her dreams so maniacally cruel
(And possessed of such delights)
For ravens winged Her nightly flights
Of erotica
Half spurned from the pulpit
Torments to occur
Half learnt from the cabal of demons
In Her
Her walk went to voodoo
To see Her own shadow adored
At mass without flaw
Though inwards She abhored
Not Her coven of suitors
But the stare of their Lord

'I must avert mine eyes to hymns
For His gaze brings dogmas to my skin
He knows that I dreamt of carnal rites
With Him undead for three long nights'

Elizabeth listened
No sermons intoned
Dragged such guilt to Her door
Tombed Her soul with such stone
For She swore the Priest sighed
When She knelt down to atone...

She feared the light
So when She fell
Like a sinner to vice
Under austere, puritanical rule
She sacrificed
Her decorum as chaste
To this wolf of the cloth
Pouncing to haunt
Her confessional box
Forgiveness would come
When Her sins were washed off
By rebaptism in white....

The looking glass cast Belladonna wreaths
'Pon the grave of Her innocence
Her hidden face spat murder
From a whisper to a scream
All sleep seemed cursed
In Faustian verse
But there in orgiastic Hell
No horrors were worse
Than the mirrored revelation
The She kissed the Devil's phallus
By Her own decree...

So with windows flung wide to the menstrual sky
Solstice Eve She fled the castle in secret
A daughter of the storm, astride Her favourite nightmare
On winds without prayer
Stigmata still wept between Her legs
A cold bloodedness which impressed new hatreds
She sought the Sorceress
Through the snow and dank woods to the sodomite's lair

Nine twisted fates threw hewn bone die
For the throat of Elizabeth
Damnation won and urged the moon
In soliloquy to gleam
Twixt the trees in shafts
To ghost a path
Past the howl of buggered nymphs
In the sodomite's grasp
To the forest's vulva
Where the witch scholared Her
In even darker themes

'Amongst philtres and melissas
Midst the grease of strangled men
And eldritch truths, elder ill-omen
Elizabeth came to life again'

And under lacerations of dawn She returned
Like a flame unto a deathshead
With a promise to burn
Secrets brooded as She rode
Through mist and marsh to where they showed
Her castle walls wherein the restless
Counted carrion crows

She awoke from a fable to mourning
Church bells wringing Her madly from sleep
Tolled by a priest, self castrated and hung
Like a crimson bat 'neath the belfry
The biblical prattled their mantras
Hexes six-tripled their fees
But Elizabeth laughed, thirteen Autumns had passed
And She was a widow from god and His wrath, finally...

Polar Plateau

What if the air suddenly solidifies?
Nothing to regret
Nothing more to plan

Alabaster limbs can outlive
The nitrogen dew
So touch me and
I'll be the last thing you touch

Marble limbs hold sway
On the Polar Plateau
Where I detest you all
I wish you could disappear

Bury me in Sienna
Bury me in blue sand
Where useless things are thrown away and
Forgotten

Bury me in Sienna
Bury me in blue sand
On the Polar Plateau
My eyes turn electric blue

What if the air suddenly solidifies?
Evidence
Becomes eternal

Troughs and peaks
Streamlining limbs
To fit a perfect guise
A flawless disguise

Humdrum action
Blindfold reaction
Will that soften your heart?
Will that soften your heart?

Bury me in Sienna
Bury me in blue sand
On the Polar Plateau
Please leave me alone

Bury me in Sienna
Bury me in blue sand
For I detest you all
I detest you all

Bury me in Sienna
Bury me in blue sand
For I detest you all
I detest you all

Autumn

The leaves are restless in their dancing I lean hard against the wind Smell of rain upon the pavement Withered branches sway and bend There is a whisper at the windows And melancholy heavy in the air Autumn comes in wearing red and yellow And leaves with a black veil in her hair The shadows reach into the twilight Scarves are waving their goodbyes To the sun and to the summer As the moon begins to rise And silhouettes of things remembered They form inside my mind's unblinking eye As, once again, we find ourselves returning To make another circle in the sky There is a whisper at the windows And melancholy heavy in the air Autumn comes in wearing red and yellow And leaves with a black veil in her hair

Autumn In New York

Autumn in New York Why does it seem so inviting? Autumn in New York It spells the thrill of first-nighting Glittering crowds and shimmering clouds In canyons of steel They're making me feel I'm home It's autumn in New York That brings the promise of new love Autumn in New York Is often mingled with pain Dreamers with empty hands May sigh for exotic lands It's autumn in New York It's good to live it again Lovers that bless the dark On benches in Central Park It's autumn in New York It's good to live it again

Autumn Nightmare

When I woke up from a nightmare
I was crying
The morning rain washed my tears away
When autumn leaves changed colors
you were leaving
The winter lights took my heart away

I'm gonna keep myself awake
Till the end of winter season
Maybe nothing stays the same
I realize
Gonna find myself in you
I know I have no more reason
Maybe I won't have to worry anymore

Autumn Wind

I wake every morning to hear the birds singing
And within moments you open your eyes
I get to pour you your first cup of coffee
And the mist on the water greets a golden sunrise

[Chorus:]
So let me climb to the very top of every tall mountain
From here and beyond until the world ends
And the voice that you hear on the wind will be saying
I love you, you are my best friend

When I put my arms around you at the end of the day
Your kisses taste just like sweet honey-wine
I gather you close all I want is to hold you
For a lifetime together doesn't seem enough time

The autumn wind blows through the dark of the moon
And we've come together to stand side by side
How great was my fortune the day that I met you
For we move together like the moon and the tide
